I know it's only day 8 so I shouldn't be struggling with this blog yet anyway, but if I had one piece of advice for anyone doing a 365 project it would be: TAKE YOUR CAMERA EVERYWHERE! The last time I did this I was going from work to home with only trips to pick up or drop off kids at daycare, school or whatever in between so part of the problem was that the only place I had my camera with me was at home and it gets pretty tough to be creative taking photos in your home every single day. I can't count how many times I have seen something in the past and wished I had my camera with me either. I am LOVING carrying it with me just about everywhere. Today both kids finally went back to school so it was just the two of us. Stopped by the studio to drop off some new props, stopped by a lake to get some wintery photos despite the very warm weather today and then home for some self portraits.
