Happy 2013 everyone! After taking a year off from doing a 365 blog I am back at it. I have missed it so much and have been so excited to get started. There are a lot of things working in my favor this year. 1) Photography and being with my kids have become my only jobs since my last attempt. 2) I got some great photography related gifts for Christmas; a camera bag that I can carry with me everywhere and a wireless remote so I can attempt some self-portraits (ugh). 3) The hardest part of this project is often finding the time to get the photos uploaded, converted to a pleasant looking format for a blog and then writing my bit of wisdom for the day. I am now using BlogStomp and HOLY COW! Why didn't I discover this sooner? The kids and I enjoyed New Year's Day by being lazy and kinda just doing whatever we wanted. I had great intentions of getting outside and getting some cool photos of snow on the branches of the trees and bushes, but before I knew it the daylight was slipping away. Marissa wanted to use her Panda Express gift card that Santa left at Mamaw and Papaw's so I threw everything in my new camera bag and decided that would have to be day 1.
