I actually like snow days. Who knew? Every other year snow and the possibility of snow days meant- "Will I have to try to drive to work or call in and feel guilty for leaving everyone short-handed?", "What if I end up in a ditch?", "Who is going to watch my kids if they don't have school?" and on and on. This year it meant sleeping in, sledding down the drive, hot chocolate, baking cookies, and baked potato soup for dinner. The kids even got along and listened well all day. Let's hope our snow day tomorrow is just as great.
