365 Day 27... iSky
I am just going to come out and say that I don't care for Sundays. Never have really. Maybe because they are a "day of rest" and I just don't like resting. There's so much to do, who wants to spend a whole day sitting around? I don't watch T.V. much anymore but when I did, it was always terrible and depressing most of the day. For some reason I always seem to need something from Hobby Lobby on Sundays...crud. Even most of the stores that ARE open don't open until late and close early. When I went to school or worked outside of the home the further along I got into Sunday, the stonger the feeling of impending doom (Monday). Anyway, today I was feeling some major Sunday gloominess so when Chad took the kids to run some errands I decided to escape to the antique store to browse around for a bit. I almost brought my camera, and probably should have because I probably could have gotten some really cool shots of awesome antiques, but decided not to lug it around today. When I walked out into the amazing 60 degree weather and saw this sky I wasn't feeling so gloomy anymore. Didn't hurt that I also had my arms full of some awesome new photo props. I had hoped today's photo would be something that I have had in my mind for a while. I worked on it for quite a while tonight but couldn't get it quite right. It's a tricky shot that involves my remote trigger, off camera flash, tripod, and manual focus and I was close tonight, but it's also a very personal subject and when I get it, I want it to be right so... iPhone photo it is.
