I watch very, very little T.V. but when I do, I make sure I keep it trashy. Or is it classy? I have a hard time deciding what my beloved Housewives are most of the time (and so do they) but it doesn't matter. From East Coast To West, I love them all. Side note about this photo, I know it looks like a very simple photo that I took at the last minute and put very little effort into, but I assure you that is not the case. I actually am very proud of it. In simple terms, to adjust my camera for the right exposure for the (bright) T.V. to show up, my feet would have appeared to be in the pitch dark. Set it to properly expose my feet and the T.V. would have been so bright you wouldn't have been able to see the lovely Housewives. So I used this shot to experiment with OCF (off camera flash) and placed my speedlight near my feet (just to the right) pointed at the ceiling just above my feet and then set exposure for the T.V. and tadaaaaah. I also am forcing myself to always use BBF (back button focus) so was practicing with that too. It's SOOC (straight out of camera- no editing)! Aren't you glad you know so many photography acronyms now? Anyway, really love this photo. It was a great little experiment and sums "me" up so well. :)
