Answer to "What is it?"

Well, didn't get a whole lot of guesses to my "what is it?" post the other night so I guess I'll give the answer away. I did have a correct guess on my facebook page though! Way to go Sharon! She guessed oil in water, which it basically is. Slightly more complicated than that, but I wasn't really expecting anyone to guess "oil in water in a pyrex pan balanced on two rolls of paper towels with a Hello Kitty placemat underneath and desk lamp for lighting. And no, I definitely did not come up with this idea on my own. I stole it from a post someone shared on my favorite photograpy board. It was a lot of fun to play with!
