Number 1

Here it is. I have been wondering what my first photo for this blog should be for the past few days. I think it will get easier to just snap away from here on out, but I felt like this one had to "mean" something. So, I thought it was appropriate to capture the number 1 in some way. It represents the first day of the year, the date (1/1/11), and my first photo for this blog. This photo also represents something that I am going to practice and try to improve on this year. Those dreamy, hazy, sunflare photos that I have seen others perfect, but I obviously have not yet. My model only gave me one chance today because she was cold but with 364 photos left to take, surely there will be some better ones in the future! Happy New Year everyone!
